Designed to help children learn programming from an early age, this course is especially designed for students to implement real life scenarios in coding. When it comes to coding for kids, visual programming languages provides a solid foundation of programming principles, with kids being able drag and drop code blocks (blocky coding) to create games, and build apps. Best of all, their simplicity gets kids excited about coding! In this course, the tutor will use Blockly visual programming language on Plezmo to build different applications and they can also see python codes that are created in the background. 

Once students are strong with logic and computational thinking, they can proceed further to industry relevant skills like Python, Javascript, HTML coding, advanced electronics. They can also specialize in domains of their liking like IoT, AI, Data Sciences, Product Design, Robotics, Real World Systems and more. View detailed course structure here.

· Windows 10 Creators Update (Version 1703) onwards

· MacOS High Sierra onwards (Certain MacOS users might have to perform these additional steps

· to download the app on their device)

· Laptop or Desktop (above configuration) with internet connection suitable for online session.

· Inbuilt or web camera to support online session

About the Tutor:

Ganapati Hedge has done his Bachelors in ENC and Masters in Embedded System Design from Bangalore. He has 19+ years of industry and educator experience across the field of Electronics, Electronic Product/App Design, Sensors, Actuators, Mechatronics, LED lighting and Embedded technology. Ganapati is an avid  coder and builds interesting gadgets to explore the latest technology trends.

He enjoys teaching children and loves to inspire them to develop the necessary analytical skills to draw intelligent conclusions and become problem solvers. He is an experienced Plezmo tranined teacher.
